How do credits in my tutoring package work?

Each credit is worth one 45 minute academic tutoring session, or one 30 minute speech session.

How do I pay for credits?

We accept monthly credit card payments. If you choose to pay upfront with a check or credit card, we will give you a 5% discount on your total tutoring package price.

How do I know if I am running low?

You can check on our website to see how many credits you have on the My Credits page. The office will also send you notice if you have under 10 credits to see if you would like to reload.

What if I am going on vacation or need to take a break from tutoring?

Talk to your tutor. If it is a long break, just call us when you are ready to restart. Your credits never expire.

Can I use the credits for more than 1 child?

Yes. You can use them for any child in your household.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Call your tutor. He/she will probably be able to reschedule. A credit will still be deducted from your account for sessions canceled without 24 hour notice.

When is my credit card payment processed?

Your monthly payments will be processed on the 10th of the month until the package is completely paid for. Sorry, we do not offer refunds.
